This policy explains payment authorization, order review, shipping preparation, and delivery rules for ResearchedPep research-use-only materials.
For laboratory research use only
These products are for lab work. They are not for people, animals, food, drugs, cosmetics, or anything you put on or in the body.
Payment authorization
Orders may require payment authorization before review, but authorization does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. Payment capture, settlement, refund timing, fraud screening, and processor decisions are subject to the payment processor and ResearchedPep compliance review.
Order review before shipment
All orders may be reviewed for certification status, account history, product availability, lab report status, destination restrictions, payment risk, address accuracy, order size, and suspected misuse. ResearchedPep may hold, cancel, limit, or refund any order before shipment.
Shipping method
Shipping is offered for placed orders using tracked carrier service. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, destination limits, holidays, or operational constraints.
Packaging and handling
Lyophilized research materials are prepared for shipment according to lot and storage documentation. Customers are responsible for receiving packages promptly, inspecting seals and labels, and storing materials according to the product record and lab report information.
Address requirements
Customers must provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address associated with the certified account or research organization. ResearchedPep may hold or cancel orders with incomplete, mismatched, freight-forwarder, restricted, or unsupported addresses.
Restricted destinations
ResearchedPep may restrict, refuse, or cancel shipments to destinations where legal, regulatory, carrier, payment, tax, or operational requirements cannot be satisfied. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws at the shipping destination.
Delivery issues
Lost, delayed, damaged, misdelivered, or exception-scanned packages must be reported promptly through the Contact page. ResearchedPep may require carrier documentation, photos, package records, account verification, or written statements before determining replacement or refund eligibility.
Title and risk of loss
Unless otherwise required by law, risk of loss may transfer when the carrier records delivery to the address provided. Delivery disputes are reviewed according to tracking records, carrier findings, account history, and ResearchedPep policy.
