This policy explains cancellations, return restrictions, refund review, and claims for ResearchedPep research-use-only materials.
For laboratory research use only
These products are for lab work. They are not for people, animals, food, drugs, cosmetics, or anything you put on or in the body.
Cancellations before shipment
Customers may request cancellation before an order ships, but cancellation is not guaranteed once review, picking, packing, payment capture, or carrier handoff has begun. ResearchedPep may also cancel and refund orders that fail compliance, payment, destination, inventory, or documentation review.
Return limitations
Because products are research materials with chain-of-custody, storage, seal, and compliance considerations, returns are generally not accepted after shipment unless ResearchedPep approves the return in writing. Opened, relabeled, transferred, mishandled, temperature-abused, or used materials are not eligible for return.
Refund eligibility
Refunds may be issued for cancelled orders, unavailable lots, unsupported destinations, rejected compliance review, verified duplicate payment, verified carrier loss, or other circumstances approved by ResearchedPep. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or approved by ResearchedPep.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
Claims for damaged, missing, incorrect, or compromised shipments must be submitted promptly with order number, tracking number, photos, packaging details, vial condition, and any carrier notes. ResearchedPep may approve replacement, refund, partial refund, or denial after review.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are submitted to the payment processor, and posting times depend on the processor, card network, and financial institution. ResearchedPep is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems after a refund is submitted.
Chargebacks and disputes
Customers agree to contact ResearchedPep before initiating a payment dispute. ResearchedPep may provide order records, certification acknowledgements, tracking, policy acceptance, and support communications to payment processors or banks when responding to disputes.
Policy abuse
Repeated claims, suspected misuse, inconsistent statements, reshipment abuse, chargeback abuse, or policy violations may result in account suspension, order cancellation, denial of future sales, or additional verification requirements.
